Escapees Community was founded with a simple yet powerful idea: to create a second home with our international friends, where we can enjoy precious weeks or even months together in a beautiful, caring, and stimulating environment without breaking the bank. In other words, we wanted to build an affordable getaway under the sun where we can live, chill, and party with like-minded people.

Our Community is built on the principles of diversity, respect, and sustainability. We believe that everyone, regardless of their ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or gender, deserves a safe and welcoming home. That’s why we’ve created a technologically advanced, eco-friendly Community that deeply respects the environment and the extended community we live in.

After months of research, we chose Pollina, Sicily, as our destination. With its mild climate, stunning surroundings, proximity to the sea, delicious food, and easy accessibility by plane, train, and car, it was the perfect choice. And let’s not forget about the Dolce Vita lifestyle that wraps around us in this beautiful Sicilian place.

At the heart of our Community is the co-invested Club House. Situated on an 11,000 sqm plateau overlooking the sea and mountains, it includes everything we need: extensive cooking and dining facilities, indoor and outdoor entertainment areas, a reading room, a swimming pool, a multi-purpose sports field, and land to grow our own fruits and vegetables.

To ensure that our Community runs smoothly and to manage ongoing affairs, we incorporated Escapees S.r.l. in Milan in 2020. This limited company holds all of our assets, including our beautiful land and Club House building, and manages the Club House to finance its operation.

Our Community is currently limited to 30 households only, and we’re offering an early bird joining fee for a lifetime membership for you and your family, as well as a stake in Escapees S.r.l., for €25,000.
