We are building a vision for the future. We have a long-term vision to promote Pollina, Sicily and our Escapees Community for generations to come.

Pollina is a hidden gem with low real estate prices, mild climate, spectacular views, recreational activities and close proximity to beaches and mountains. House prices start as low as €10,000!

The construction of the Clubhouse has started, the excavators have taken over. The grand open party of the Clubhouse is on schedule!

A life-time membership is facilitated via an investment in Escapees S.r.l.. New members must uphold our core values of diversity, respect, and tolerance and are ideally introduced by an existing member.

Steeped in rich history, culture, war, romance, love and peace, Pollina is an idyllic, rustic village perched atop the Central Northern Sicillian coast.

Our Community life revolves around our Clubhouse built atop a 11.000 sqm plateau, with a spectacular infinity pool overseeing the sea and the Madonie mountains.

Our Community will help Pollina. We will support local businesses, promote events and stimulate tourism to revitalize this beautiful town. We invite local and foreign doers to join our course.
